Comfortable terms of delivery and payment
- We work on a full prepayment, at the moment there is no cash on delivery.
- After the manager contacts you to pay for the goods, we will reserve your order for 5 working hours for you.
- If paid before 14.00, the goods will be sent on the same day, after 14.00 - the next. If the order is made abroad, dispatch within 2-3 days.
- After payment, immediately send a photo of the receipt or a screen of payment with the amount so that we can send your order as quickly as possible.
- Return / exchange of goods is possible within 14 days (except for cutters and tools, and only goods that have not been printed and have not lost their presentation).
- We discuss marriage cases individually with the client.
- If your city is not in the list of proposed ones, choose self-pickup and write the exact delivery address in the comments.
- Requisites For payment, we will inform you by phone after the manager accepts your order.
