І. TERMINOLOGY

1.1.      For a more accurate understanding of the terms of this cookie policy, the terms used herein have the following meanings:

1.1.1.   Policy – this document (Policy on the use of cookies) located at the following link: https://riornails.com/info/cookies/

1.1.2.   Website – is a web page located at the link riornails.com, including all subdomains (subfolders), the owner of which is the Website Administration.

1.1.3.   Administration of the Website – is a natural person-entrepreneur Maria Vadimivna Samolazova (identification code: 3607610829; address: 49128, city of Dnipro, street Korobova, building 22, apartment 59, registration number in the UDR 2002240000000150145 dated February 1, 2021), which is registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and/or persons authorized by it to manage the Website. According to the text of the Policy, a reference to the Website Administration means a simultaneous reference to authorized persons of the Website Administration.

1.1.4.   User – is a natural person who has full civil legal and legal capacity and who uses the Website.

1.1.5.   GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (link: https://eur -lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj).

1.1.6.   Personal data – any information relating to a natural person (the User) who is identified or can be identified; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or by one or more factors that determine physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social essence of such a natural person (clause 1, article 4 GDPR).

1.2.      Only the Administration of the Website, in addition to the court, has the right to interpret the Policy, as well as the terms used in it.

ІІ. TERMS

2.1.      The website administration uses cookies. Cookies are small text files installed on the User's device. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the Website, for example, by remembering the User's login information or language settings. The Website uses its own files of the Website Administration, which are installed directly by the Website, and third-party (external) files that are administered from a domain different from the Website's domain and placed on the Website by another organization.

2.2.      Cookies are used by the Website Administration for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the Website, in particular, but not exclusively, ensuring security and preventing abuse (including preventing access by unauthorized persons); adapting the content of the Website to the preferences of the User and the end device; optimizing the use of the Website; preventing Internet robots from performing certain actions on the Website; simplification of login to the User's account and the possibility of switching between sub-pages on the Website without the need to re-enter on each sub-page; creation of anonymous summary statistics that help to understand how the User uses the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content; helping to improve the Website, including testing its performance; determining which advertisements to show the User, as well as displaying advertisements on external websites, applications, including those that are most relevant to the activity of the Website User.

2.3.3.   events (for example, the time of use of the website, the last visit to the website, the duration of the visit to the website, the type of pages and subpages visited, at what step the User is at the time of making purchases);

2.3.4.   location data (for example, IP address, data about the User's location obtained using various positioning technologies);

2.3.5.   other data: data about the use of the Website (for example, the source of access; the advertising campaign from which the User entered the Website; the links that the User clicked on; which advertisements the User saw and which consents the User gave to the cookie banner).

2.4.      The Website administration regularly uses tools to scan the Website to determine which cookies are stored on the User's device so that the list of cookies used is as accurate as possible.

2.6.      The user consents to the use of cookies specified in clause 2.5. of this Policy. If the use of cookies is carried out with the collection and/or processing of Personal Data, the User consents to the collection and processing of Personal Data for the purpose of using cookies.

3.1.      The use of necessary cookies by the Website Administration is necessary for the Website to function at the proper level with optimized functionality for the User. These files are installed, in particular, for the purpose of remembering login sessions or filling out forms, as well as for purposes related to the setting of privacy settings.

3.2.      Necessary cookies are processed in connection with the implementation of the User Agreement (clause "b" part 1 of Article 6 GDPR), as well as the legal basis for processing necessary cookies is the legitimate interest of the Website Administration, which consists in ensuring the operation of the Website website (clause "f" part 1 of article 6 GDPR).

IV. FUNCTIONAL AND ANALYTICAL COOKIES

4.1.      Functional cookies are used to remember and adapt the Website to the User's choices, in particular, in terms of language preferences.

4.2.      Analytical cookies allow you to receive information such as the number of visits and sources of traffic on the Website. They are used to determine which pages are more popular and which are less popular, and to understand how Users navigate the Website by keeping statistics on Website traffic. Data processing is carried out in order to improve the efficiency of the Website. The information collected by these cookies is aggregated and is not intended to identify the User.

5.2.      The legal basis for the processing of personal data in connection with the use of marketing (advertising) cookies of the Website Administration is its legitimate interest (clause "f" part 1 of Article 6 GDPR), which consists in promoting the brand of the Website Administration and informing about the current offer of the Website Administration.

VI. MANAGING COOKIE SETTINGS

6.1.      The use of cookies for collection requires the consent of the User. On the Website, the Website Administration receives consent from the User through the appropriate PopUp window. Data on the User's consent to the use of cookies are stored by the Website Administration. If, due to a technical failure of the Website Administration, it was not possible to obtain the User's consent through the relevant Pop-Up window, it is assumed that the Website Administration received the appropriate consent from the User before its withdrawal.

6.2.      The Website Administration is not obliged to obtain the User's consent if the use of cookies is necessary for the provision of telecommunication services (data transmission for displaying content). In such a case, if the User does not agree with the fact that he has been given such consent, then he should immediately stop using the Website and send a message to the Website Administration at riornails@gmail.com about the withdrawal of consent to the use of cookies.
