The STALEKS PRO SMART 11 NS 11 7 nippers feature straight cutting edges with a 7 mm blade. Sharpened under a microscope with diamond wheels, they deliver a smooth, accurate cut without wounds or nicks. The tool remains sharp for a long time, even under heavy use. The cutting part has no "heel", allowing a clear view of the work area.

The nippers have straight, shortened handles that are comfortable and easy to grip between the fingers and palm. The tool does not slip and requires minimal effort to hold securely, reducing hand fatigue even during long sessions.

The spring comprises two metal plates, providing a soft and controlled movement. The hinges operate smoothly, evenly distributing pressure across the handles.

Cleaning the Tool:

1. Disinfection: Immerse the nippers in a disinfectant (e.g., Staleks Pro disinfectant) for 15-30 minutes. Follow manufacturer instructions. Prefer solutions effective against hepatitis B, C, and dermatophytes. Mechanical cleaning devices are also recommended.
2. Washing: Rinse with water and detergent or use a cleaning machine. For joints and connections, use brushes with plastic bristles. Ultrasonic baths are also suitable.
3. Drying: Lay nippers open with the cutting edge up on disposable paper towels, then place in sterilization pouches. Ensure complete dryness to avoid corrosion.
4. Sterilization: Use physical (autoclave or hot air) or chemical sterilization. Follow sterilizer or solution instructions.

Sterilization & Disinfection Tips:

• Do not soak nippers in water for long periods.
• Use disinfectants intended for metal tools.
• Avoid aggressive substances (acetone, lye).
• Disinfectant should fully cover the tool by at least 1 cm.
• Rinse thoroughly after disinfection to prevent corrosion.
• Let tools cool fully after sterilization before use.
• Fill sterilizer only up to 70% and place pouches in a single layer.
• Check external indicators for successful sterilization before use.

How to Check Cutting Quality:

1. Prepare a film for testing the cut.
2. Hold the nippers as during use, position the blade on the material and make a smooth cut.
3. The cut should be clean and soft. If not, the nippers need resharpening or replacement.
