DARK SMART GEL is a medium-thick gel designed for strengthening, building, and repairing nails.

Description:

• Convenient to use on both long and short nails;
• Heat-resistant, allowing for effective pinching;
• We recommend curing at reduced lamp power and removing the hand if a burning sensation occurs;
• Strong yet not brittle.

What makes SMART GEL different from other builder gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency but remains hard;
• No sticky inhibition layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the SCOTCH BASE when working with DARK;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before top coat application;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method:

1. Perform a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond;
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE using rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds;
3. Strengthen or build the nail using DARK SMART GEL. Polymerization time: 60–120 seconds in an original lamp (depends on gel pigmentation);
4. If needed, remove the sticky layer and file the nail;
5. Apply the top coat and cure for 120 seconds.

Nuances of working:

• Easily pre-cures when using upper forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12–15 seconds;
• Intermediate curing from 15 seconds is possible;
• When applying, do not put the gel deeply under the cuticle; ensure a smooth transition near the cuticle with minimal thickness;
• For nail strengthening, file your natural nail at least 1 mm from the inside to prevent lifting from the free edge;
• When using a base from other brands, we recommend removing the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the room is cold and the gel has thickened, you can warm it to a comfortable temperature (not on a stand; take the needed amount on a palette separately);
• Gels with glitters should be mixed before use.

All DARK hard materials are non-acidic.
