DARK RUBBING POWDER is a powder for various nail art designs. The powders are available in a variety of shades and effects. They offer varying levels of transparency, allowing you to achieve different looks depending on the base.
DESCRIPTION:
- Fine powder particles create a maximum mirror effect;
- 11 trendy shades - from vivid metallics to pearlescent finishes;
- Suitable for both light and dark tones;
- Applies evenly and easily;
- Does not fade;
- Economical use due to the high pigment density.
APPLICATION METHOD:
1. Perform manicure and standard nail prep;
2. Apply SCOTCH BASE and leveling base or color;
3. Cover the nail with a no-wipe top coat (can use DARK camouflage tops), cure for 30 seconds in a lamp;
4. Rub powder onto each nail using an ungloved finger or a sponge;
5. Remove excess powder with a soft-bristled brush;
6. File or buff the nail edge for better adhesion;
7. Apply a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE on the lower half of the nail and seal the edge, cure for 60 seconds;
8. Apply a no-wipe top coat, seal the edge again, and cure for 90 seconds. Do not file the edge after applying the top coat.
WORKING TIPS:
* We do not recommend curing the top coat for more than 30 seconds before rubbing in the powder;
* Do not apply the powder with gloves as they may leave fine scratches;
* If the powder does not transfer well, dehydrate the nail and rub in the powder quickly, or cure the top coat for less than 30 seconds;
* Powder can be applied over color or over base/gel with the tacky layer removed (if the coating is even);
* Do not use a hard brush as it may scratch the surface;
* On sharp edges or with clients who use their hands actively, the wear time may be reduced.
