During the DARK Brand Birthday promotion, all orders are placed only on the official website. The brand's Instagram page is temporarily unavailable for taking orders. This ensures a fair queue for every customer across Ukraine.

Queue — First-Come, First-Served

All DARK orders during the sale are processed strictly in the order they are received. Those who place their order first get the discount of up to −30%. Don't delay: the earlier you place your order, the better the chances of getting exactly what you want.

Payment Deadline — 2 Hours

After placing an order on the DARK website, the items are reserved for you for 2 hours. You have exactly this much time to make the payment. If payment is not received on time, the reservation is automatically cancelled, and the items become available to other customers. Keep an eye on the time and don't delay.

Discounts Do Not Stack with Loyalty Cards

The promotional discount of up to −30% from DARK is a separate offer and cannot be combined with a loyalty reward card. Using two discounts simultaneously is not possible. You will be able to use your loyalty card for your next order after the DARK Birthday promotion ends.

Shipping Across Ukraine — 1–3 Days After Payment

DARK delivers orders across Ukraine within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note: there are no shipments on Sundays — keep this in mind when planning. You can track your order status in your personal account on the DARK website.

Cash on Delivery — 20 UAH + 2% Commission

When choosing Cash on Delivery for shipping within Ukraine, a commission applies: a flat fee of 20 UAH plus 2% of the order total. We recommend choosing online payment to avoid additional costs and speed up the processing of your DARK order.

Item Out of Stock? We’ll Refund or Offer a Replacement

DARK prepares thoroughly for every sale, but during the Brand Birthday promotion, demand may exceed available stock. If an item you ordered runs out, our manager will contact you personally to either provide a full refund or offer an equivalent alternative. Your funds are safe.

Order Consolidation During Sales — Unavailable

During the DARK promotion — with discounts up to −30% in honour of the Brand's Birthday — combining multiple orders into one shipment within Ukraine is not available. This allows the DARK team to process all requests as quickly as possible. Plan your basket in advance and add all desired items to a single order.

DARK Managers — From 9:00 to 20:00

The DARK team processes orders and answers questions daily from 9:00 to 20:00. If you message us outside of business hours, don't worry — we will reply on the next business day at the earliest opportunity. Questions regarding delivery in Ukraine, discounts, or order status — we are always here for you.

02 — Check your order contents — consolidating separate orders during the promotion will not be possible.

03 — Place your order and pay within 2 hours of reservation.
