How to care for your nails and feet at home?
- Apply keratolytic gel to a lint-free wipe (or cotton pad) and place it on the rough areas of your feet. After 7-10 minutes, remove the remnants of the gel with the heel file with a replaceable pad.
- Detach the replaceable pad from its paper backing and stick it onto the metal file base. Use the file to treat areas where keratolytic was applied. After use, peel off and dispose of the pad. Disinfect the base.
- Remove any remaining keratolytic from the skin surface with water.
- Trim excessive nail length with the nail clipper.
- Shape your nails using a disposable file. It is recommended to file your nails every 5-7 days to avoid excessive pressure and prevent nail breakage.
- Apply moisturizing cream in massaging motions. For long-lasting softness and smoothness, use the cream daily.
