Stamping plate DARK 03

DARK PLATE - a metal plate for creating designs using the stamping technique. It features deep and clear patterns for convenient use. The large variety of designs allows for quick and easy creation of any pattern.

DESCRIPTION:

• we recommend using it with DARK STAMPING POLISH and DARK stamping tool.

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Perform a manicure and apply base/gel or color, cure under the lamp;
2. If there's a sticky layer, remove it using DARK GEL CLEANSER;
3. Apply polish to the plate, scrape off the excess with a scraper, and transfer the pattern to the stamp;
4. Transfer the pattern from the stamp to the nail using a rolling or flat motion;
5. Finish with a top coat (if the top coat runs off the pattern, apply a thin layer of clear base first, then the top coat).

REASONS FOR POOR PATTERN TRANSFER ON STAMP:

1. The polish should not be thickened; enough polish should be picked on the brush to cover the pattern;
2. Apply the polish to the plate using 1-2 strokes; the longer you take to apply, the higher the chance that it won’t transfer well, as the polish dries in the air;
3. Scrape at about a 45-degree angle without pressing down too hard to avoid pushing the polish out of the pattern;
4. Work quickly with the scraper (2-4 strokes are sufficient), and don’t over-sweep across the plate;
5. Quickly lay down the scraper and pick up the stamp (remember, we don’t have extra time when working with polishes);
6. Transfer the pattern to the stamp with a soft rolling motion; DO NOT try to press the stamp hard into the plate, as the more you press, the more polish will stay in the plate.
