RULES OF CONDUCT FOR EVENT PARTICIPANTS
(effective from 06.10.2025)
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules define the procedure for participants' conduct while staying in the premises where the cosmetology event is held and are an integral part of the accession agreement № 01/2025 dated October 06, 2025.
1.2. The purpose of the Rules is to ensure an appropriate level of safety, comfort, and adherence to ethical norms by all participants (customers under the Agreement).
1.3. The fact of participation in the Event confirms the participant's familiarization with and agreement to these Rules.
1.4. The Organizer has the right to refuse participation or terminate participation by removing from the Event venue a person who violates the established rules of conduct.
2. Conduct During the Event
2.1. Participants must:
2.1.1. Maintain calm and order during presentations, lectures, or demonstrations.
2.1.2. Behave courteously towards other participants, speakers, staff, and organizers.
2.1.3. Follow the instructions of the organizers and authorized persons.
2.1.4. Switch mobile devices to silent mode for the duration of the event.
2.1.5. Treat the organizer's property, equipment, furniture, and decorative elements with care.
2.2. Participants are prohibited from:
2.2.1. Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances.
2.2.2. Insulting other persons or creating conflict situations.
2.2.3. Distributing advertising, informational, or other materials without prior permission from the organizer.
2.2.4. Failing to react to the "Air Raid Alert" signal and not proceeding to a shelter.
3. Ethical Conduct
3.1. The participant is obliged to comply with the norms of professional ethics and generally accepted rules of conduct.
3.2. Any forms of discrimination, dishonouring of honor, dignity, or reputation of other persons are prohibited.
3.3. In case of a conflict situation, the participant must contact a representative of the organizer, refraining from independently resolving the dispute.
4. Safety
4.1. The participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with fire safety rules and the evacuation plan of the premises.
4.2. In case of an emergency, the participant must act immediately and in accordance with the rules established for the respective emergency situation.
4.3. The participant is obliged to immediately inform the organizer about any dangerous or emergency situations that have occurred or may occur.
5. Responsibility
5.1. The participant bears material responsibility for damage to the organizer's property caused by violating these Rules.
5.2. In case of gross or systematic violation of the Rules, the organizer has the right to deny the participant further participation in the event without refunding the cost of access to the Event and to forcibly remove them from the premises where the Event is held.
5.3. The organizer is not responsible for the safekeeping of participants' personal belongings.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Rules are valid throughout the entire period of the event.
6.2. All disputed issues are resolved through negotiations between the participant and the organizer.
6.3. In case a certain provision of the Rules is recognized as invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
6.4. The Rules may be changed or supplemented by the organizer without prior notice, by publishing the updated version before the start of the event.
